Sweet Chili Baked Beans
Bush’s Best® Vegetarian Baked Beans become a whole new Asian-inspired creation simmered with ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and spicy chili sauce. Serve it up as a side or use as a sweet-heat filling for vegetarian potstickers.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3.75 Tbsp Garlic, Fresh
- 2.5 Tbsp Ginger, Fresh, Minced
- 1.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Vegetarian Baked Beans, Drained
- 1.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- .33 tsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1.25 tsp Kosher Salt
- .33 tsp Ground Black Pepper
INGREDIENTS
- 5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3.75 Tbsp Garlic, Fresh
- 2.5 Tbsp Ginger, Fresh, Minced
- 1.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Vegetarian Baked Beans, Drained
- 1.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- .33 tsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1.25 tsp Kosher Salt
- .33 tsp Ground Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add vegetable oil to a large rondeau or pot and set over medium heat.
- Sweat garlic and ginger for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
- Stir in beans, sweet chili sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring periodically.
- Serve 1/4 cup of sweet and spicy baked beans per person.
