Sicilian Style Focaccia
Change up the pizza party with this sfincione-style spin. Soft, chewy focaccia bread lays the foundation for a zesty burst of flavor from seasoned Bush's® Best® Texas Ranchero® Pinto Beans and spicy pizza sauce topped off with crunchy Italian breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

Focaccia
- 4 Baked Focaccia Bread, 10x16-inch
- 1.5 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Ranchero Pizza Sauce
- 4.5 cups Pizza Sauce
- 9 cups Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans, Drained
- 1.25 cups Hot Sauce

- 1.5 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Ranchero Pizza Sauce
- 4.5 cups Pizza Sauce
- 9 cups Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans, Drained
- 1.25 cups Hot Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat a convection oven to 425ºF.
- Top each half sheet pan of focaccia bread with 3 cups of ranchero pizza sauce, 6 Tbsp of Italian breadcrumbs and half a cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake each pan for 10–12 minutes or until crispy. Broil for another minute or until cheese is golden.
- Cut each half sheet pan into 6 equal slices and serve 1 slice per portion.
