INGREDIENTS
- 9 lb. American-Style Melting Cheese
- 4.5 cups Whole Milk
- 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, Drained
- 1.75 cups Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, Canned, Drained, Small Dice

- 9 lb. American-Style Melting Cheese
- 4.5 cups Whole Milk
- 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, Drained
- 1.75 cups Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, Canned, Drained, Small Dice
DIRECTIONS
- Add cheese and milk to a large rondeau. Melt over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
- Fold in beans and chipotle peppers. Reduce heat to low and stir to combine.
- Cover the pot and continue cooking for 10 minutes to bring the flavors together.
- Serve 1/4 cup of queso per person for dipping with chips, topping a sandwich, or smothering fries and nachos.
