  • 9 lb. American-Style Melting Cheese
  • 4.5 cups Whole Milk
  • 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta Black Beans, Drained
  • 1.75 cups Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, Canned, Drained, Small Dice

INGREDIENTS

  • 9 lb. American-Style Melting Cheese
  • 4.5 cups Whole Milk
  • 2.25 Qt Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta Black Beans, Drained
  • 1.75 cups Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, Canned, Drained, Small Dice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add cheese and milk to a large rondeau. Melt over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Fold in beans and chipotle peppers. Reduce heat to low and stir to combine.
  3. Cover the pot and continue cooking for 10 minutes to bring the flavors together.
  4. Serve 1/4 cup of queso per person for dipping with chips, topping a sandwich, or smothering fries and nachos.
