- 2 oz Canola Oil
- 3 lbs Shredded Hashbrowns
- Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Eggs
- 2 oz Canola Oil
- 2, 32 oz Cartons Liquid Scrambled Egg Mix
Scrambler
- 5 C Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans
- 1 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 2, 32 oz Cartons Liquid Scrambled Egg Mix

- 5 C Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans
- 1 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- HASHBROWNS: Preheat griddle to 350°F. Spread canola oil over griddle. Carefully add a thin layer of frozen hashbrowns. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Remove from griddle and hold until ready to use.
- EGGS: Pre-heat griddle to 325° to 350°F, heat 1-ounce canola oil until it begins to shimmer. Pour 1 – 32-ounce carton of liquid eggs onto griddle and stir with spatula until eggs are set. Immediately remove from the heat and hold until ready to use. Repeat with remaining carton of liquid eggs.
- SCRAMBLER: Layer hashbrowns, eggs, Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta® Black Beans, and cheddar cheese in an oven-proof dish. In a 350°F oven, heat scrambler 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
