Black Bean Fiesta Bowl
A bed of fluffy cilantro and lime rice is topped with a mixture of Mexican seasoned black beans and grilled sweet corn off the cob, cherry tomatoes, crema, cilantro, and a sprinkle of tajin. Served with sides of grilled and seasoned fajita vegetables, chips, guacamole, and dulce de leche flans for dessert.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 cups Cilantro Lime Rice, Prepared, Warm
- 2 cups Bush's® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, Warm
- 1 cup Corn, Grilled, Cut from the Cob
- 1.25 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Blistered
- .25 cups Crema
- 3 Tbsp Cilantro, Rough Chopped

- 1 cup Corn, Grilled, Cut from the Cob

DIRECTIONS
- Build each bowl from bottom to top in the following order: .25 cups Cilantro Lime Rice, .5 cup Bush's® Best® Easy Entrees® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, .25 Cup Grilled Corn, .25 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, blistered.
- These bowls can be covered and stored or transported to their final destination before each bowl is garnished with the following toppings: 1 Tbsp Crema, .5 Tsp Tajin, 1 Tsp Cilantro.
